from his nba.com blog:
“I’m a trend setter, people. I don’t want other shoe companies to try to jack my style now. My swag is too phenomenal. If any other basketball player out there wants to compete with my shoes, go ahead, we can have a 50 and Kanye right here. We can start it up, baby. I’ll be the bad guy. We can have a sneaker war.”
adidas continues to oversaturate the “limited edition” sneaker marketplace (think: 35th superstar anniversary, and adicolor series) with 20 different colorways of the GilIIZero’s releasing throughout the season.
the sneaker looks right though (pictured above is the wizard’s away jersey colorway). for more information and detailed releases, his blog.

I know — it’s been basketball madness on my blog lately. And it is a bit out of control.
Basketball = life right now, and our spots for the NBA Playoffs came to fruition.
David Blaine is one bad mo’fo.
A glimpse from the game .. and oh what a night it was.
“The greatest upset in playoff history.”
So it’s finally that time of year. Late spring, the flowers are blooming, the sun is peeking out of the clouds, and the NBA playoffs have begun.
Remember the glory days, when the NBA embraced hip hop? Now they’re speculating the league is racist. In the Naughty X Nature video though — even Tom Gugliotta and Christian Laettner got a piece. THAT was when the NBA was fun, for everybody! They need the 2007 Remix. And no more Black Eyed Peas, or Gwen Stefani.
Go Warriors. That is all.
Patrick, Dominique and a special guest … (minus the “cheating”)
… this is too easy.
